The Coalition of Immokalee Workers.
The Problem
The Coalition of Immokalee Workers was designed to ensure worker-based human rights within the farming community. We have observed that our website is not providing the information needed for individuals to interact with the Coalition, which is causing less digital engagement for our organization. How might we improve the website so that our community has higher metrics of newsletter sign-ups, event sign-ups, and donations?
The Solution
Our team while testing with individuals found out a huge issue in the main navigation and design of the Coalition of Immokalee Workers. We then took the steps on forward to fix these usability issues so that users can perform tasks easier and understand the mission of the coalition at face value.

The Final Solution.
User testings were conducted during low-fidelity, mid-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to validate assumptions and identify possible issues.
